Once again the University of Padua has decided to bring together the academic and business worlds through "C_Lab" (Contamination Lab) the ambitious multidisciplinary contamination project now in its sixth edition, which involves university or PhD students, lecturers, professionals and companies.
Arneg, together with C_Lab Veneto, has decided to get involved and form a team with a specific objective: to establish guidelines and specific actions to enhance Arneg people in order to continuously improve their working experience and welfare.
On one hand, young talents from different educational backgrounds have the opportunity to get to know the company culture and test their innovative visions. On the other, Arneg also pursues its commitment to sustainability from an ethical and social point of view. Topics such as intergenerational coexistence, the sense of corporate belonging and the job satisfaction are of primary importance and to keep up with the times it is necessary to establish a new relationship between people and work, today more than ever.
And it is with this ambitious intention that Arneg recently opened the doors of its headquarters in Campo San Martino to Beatrice, Giulia, Davide, Mirco and Thomas to get to know the company more closely, breathing the same air and entering its mechanisms a little at a time.
Now let them make the next move. We are curious and ready to take another step towards the future!
