The Arneg Group's technical and scientific training event has come to a successful conclusion.
Thursday, October 10th and Friday, October 11th were important days for the Group, which gathered at the Arneg headquarters in Campo San Martino (PD), Italy, for the Refrigeration Workshops 2024.
Eng. Zambotto and Eng. Lauri led two parallel seminars focusing on refrigeration, plant engineering, R&D and laboratory testing. A unique opportunity for updating and networking, aimed at promoting the professional and personal growth of the entire technical team.
During the workshops, experts from subsidiaries around the world shared their knowledge, skills and plans for the refrigeration of the future. The event was not only an educational opportunity, but also a time to exchange and share ideas to ensure a sustainable perspective for the growth of the Arneg Group.
The essence of the event is summed up in these sentences: "We must be aware that we are not the only ones who need to change: the whole supply chain, including suppliers, will be involved and it will no longer be acceptable to choose unsustainable partners. We need to be fully aware of what we design, build and how we do it. Only in this way can we continue to lead the way in an ever-changing market, combining innovation and respect for the planet."
