The phases of effective sanitisation

Emptying
We remove and classify the products on display and place them in refrigerated storage while we perform the necessary maintenance.
Our technicians follow all applicable safety precautions, use properly sanitised equipment and wear all the necessary items of PPE.

Washing
We wash the display with suitable products, removing all residues from its surfaces (e.g. grease, dust, organic materials and condensate).

Sanitisation
We sanitise the display with specific, professional products to eliminate bacteria, viruses, moulds and yeasts.

Restocking
We put everything back in its original position, arranging products in order of sell-by date to ensure that your offering is always fresh.

Certification
When restocking is complete, we carry out special tests to certify the elimination of all bacterial charge.
We then apply a dedicated label to show that the work has been completed successfully.
