TCOM System is patented Arneg technology that enhances the quality of hot deli foods safely and efficiently. Thanks to a new medium-wave infrared lamp heating system, TCOM maintains a constant and uniform core temperature of 65 °C without drying food or spoiling its nutritional properties.
TCOM is available for Arneg counters and towers. The system reaches operating temperature rapidly, in only around 45 minutes instead of 3 hours. With a heated shelf fitted, warm-up time is reduced to ZERO, guaranteeing low consumption and uniform temperature.
The ventilation system cools all the glass surfaces accessible to customers and serving staff, maximising safety.
TCOM displays can be multiplexed with refrigerated counters to expand your store’s service offering while ensuring significant energy savings.
